Cheam Scream 2017

No, you're not seeing things..  I am duplicating this post because I was so annoyed at myself for putting it on the wrong blog.   I just need it to be in the right place!

Today saw the second Cheam Scream Hallowe'en even in Cheam where I work, organised by Cheam Life, a local social media network that encourages community spirit in the local area.

My office at Monica Bradley Associates joined in again...

We decorated the office this morning in readiness for 3pm and the anticipated 1000ish kids who'd bought wristbands to take part...

the sun was shining brightly, very un hallowe'en-like!
Dressing up time!

Josh cutting a dashing Dracula

 Joshua and Leslie,

Joshua, Leslie and the other Lesley.
I told you it was sunny!

Leslie supplied the wall hangings from her own Hallowe'en displays
3pm and we were soon surrounded by witches and skeletons and all sorts!
There were some amazing costumes.

although we were in the quieter road, off the high street, it was still busy!

it got a bit crowded outside, we tried to have an in one door, out the other system.. not very successfully!

Monica and the daughter of one of her friends

 some scary final visitors
5pm, doors shut, and time for a welcome drink!

and a gorgeous sky as I got home

What a fabulous way to spend the Friday before Halloween. So good that you work for such a caring employer and friend. Looks like everyone had lots of fun and enjoyed their time there, too. Josh made a great Dracula and the decorations were fun to see, too.

Guess I now know why I got both places showing the same post. I'd say you had one too many bubblies before you left work. Have a fun and safe weekend, dear.

BTW, what a fabulous area you live in, even with all the high rise construction around you.
